Research and consulting company M-Vector specializes in providing sociological and marketing research, public opinion polls, business consulting and management consulting for organizations and companies throughout Central Asia.

As part of our major joint project with one of the world's leading tobacco industry companies, we are looking for a Database Analyst who has strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of information to support strategic decisions.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Conduct a data analysis based on the accumulated data in the sales related system regularly/frequently.
2. Communicate with the provider to find out improvement for data search and reports.
3. Checking Merchandiser and Sales representative activities
4. Analysing data based on questionnaires
5. Maintaining an up-to-date client base and IT system operation
6. Understanding of system and its data according to the relevant work process

(Managing data and transaction on workflow)

1. Find improvement points to achieve ultimate goal of the organization which derives increase in sales.
2. Creating working space for MD and DR
3. Route plans for Field force and creating new questionnaires
4. Making and maintain new client characteristics
5. Checking access of Users
6. Quality control
7. Audit of retail outlets for compliance with contract conditions.
8. Audit for checking MD activities.
9. Any other tasks requested by the management and HQ

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field

Qualifications and experiences:

- ~3 years of work experience related to IT job (preferred) or Database Analysis

- Experience using CRM/ERP system (SMARTUP preferred)

• Knowledge

- Knowledge of IT infra schema, data management, familiar with systems and applications.

- analyze and diagrammed business work process

• Skills

- Smooth communications about business process and IT system.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

- Language : Tajik, Russian, English or Korean.
