Mad Devs is a full-stack team specializing in developing and administering large-scale IT products across various industries. Many of our products are used in Europe, the USA, and Southeast Asia. What will need to do:

• Work with the development team and product managers
• Build processes and monitor them
• Finalize the business requirements of development team tasks
• Help the development teams plan sprints and releases
• Coordinate team communication
• Generate project documentation and maintain reporting

Our expectations:

• At least 2 years of experience managing and working with IT projects
• Focused on achieving project/client goals
• Focused on the result, not the process
• Able to work with multiple contexts simultaneously (so that it's not a surprise to have multiple projects and work in a community at the same time)
• Know how to gather and finalize requirements
• Can communicate with clients in English. Discuss requirements, conduct demos. A C1 level is preferable
• Can plan sprints. Work with Jira, Confluence, and similar tools
• Know how to plan and monitor releases
• Conduct retrospectives and other team meetings. Know how to record meeting notes
• Reporting - reports, demos, standups
• В2 level in Russian
• Willing to work in (GMT+7 to GMT+4) time zones
• Location: Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan

It will be a plus:

• The ability to test a web product manually, write bug reports, and set the autotester to cover the tests
• Use AI tools as assistants
