Sales Agent (Moving Industry)

A moving company based in the USA is looking for a strong Sales Agent for the weekends.

Candidates without proven proficiency in English will not be considered. As all our clients are based in the United States, a strong command of conversational English is required.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming client inquiries through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online platforms (Yelp, Thumbtack, Google, etc.).

• Provide clients with information regarding the company's services, including cost estimates for moving services, explanation of terms, and addressing any inquiries.

• Maintain accurate internal records and documentation related to client inquiries.

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of orders, ensuring timely completion and tracking of tasks.

• Uphold a high standard of service and foster positive, professional relationships with clients.

• Address and resolve any client concerns or issues related to their orders in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in conversational English, with the ability to effectively communicate with American clients.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to manage and address client objections.

• Demonstrated punctuality, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

• Willingness and ability to work according to California time zone.

• Previous experience in phone-based sales in English is a mandatory requirement.

Conditions:

• Work hours in PST: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (night shifts for candidates located in the CIS)

• Salary: from $800 to $2000 (depends on experience and working hours)
