We are a holiday home professional company that manages, decorates, furnished and rents apartments for short-term and mid-term stays. Our team works on complete renovation and fit-out projects to prepare properties for premium holiday rentals.

The candidate must not only organize and manage workers but also be able to personally perform basic repair tasks (tiling, painting, electrical work, plumbing). The candidate must be able to create simple sketches of upcoming renovation works, and possess strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with the team and managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 7000.00 - AED 10000.00 per month (basic salary + KPI)

Requirements:

• English advanced (for communication with managers and clients). Knowledge of Urdu or Hindi languages ​​will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of renovation and fit-out processes (electricity, plumbing, painting, tiling, decoration, etc.).
• Understanding of quality standards and requirements for holiday homes.
• Ability to organize full-cycle renovation projects — from preparation to final delivery, with minimal revisions.

Responsibilities:

• Full supervision of renovation and technical works on Trophy Stays apartments for rent.
• Planning and organizing the work stages, creating schedules and timelines.
• Quality control at every stage: checking finishing works, furniture installation, and equipment setup.
• Managing and motivating worker teams, solving conflicts and difficult situations on-site.
• Ensuring that all work is completed on time and according to the plan.
• Quickly finding solutions in non-standard situations during the project.
• Reporting on project status and progress to the project manager.
• Checking and ensuring compliance with health and safety rules on-site.
• Participates in the hiring and selection of employees of his department, evaluates their qualifications based on the results of the probationary period, gives them recommendations for improving the quality of work.
