Quantitative Analyst

Role Overview: We are looking for a Quantitative Analyst to assist us in developing trading strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in data science, experience in crypto, financial engineering, or similar fields and be comfortable using a range of financial and statistical indicators.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement trading strategies using advanced indicators and machine learning techniques.
• Conduct thorough backtesting to evaluate strategy performance across different market conditions.
• Perform feature importance testing and explore feature generation to enhance predictive models.
• Continuously monitor and improve strategy performance with ongoing data-driven refinements.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate the strategies into automated trading systems.
• Provide ongoing analysis of market dynamics to adjust strategies to maintain profitability.
• Conduct research on market volatility, price ranges, and historical patterns for continuous strategy optimization.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in algorithmic trading, quantitative research, or a similar field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, familiarity with financial libraries and tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and backtesting frameworks.
• Experience working with large datasets and conducting feature importance testing.
• Understanding of financial markets, specifically in range-bound strategies, and ability to work with price indicators.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity in designing trading systems, and the ability to work with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Preferred:
• Experience with cryptocurrency markets and DeFi trading ecosystems.
• Knowledge of leverage, shorting mechanisms, and liquidation dynamics.
