Position Overview

This is a 3-month paid internship with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical intern to support our tender team by verifying technical compliance of supplier offers. You will work closely with our communication officer and procurement manager to analyze product specifications and ensure full alignment with tender requirements.

Responsibilities

• Study tender technical requirements and transfer them into our comparison template.

• Review technical documentation from suppliers (catalogues, datasheets, certificates).

• Compare offered specifications against required ones and identify non-compliances.

• Communicate non-compliance points to the communication officer for supplier clarification.

• Maintain a clear, organized table of requirements vs. offers for each tender.

• Assist in finalizing documentation for tender submissions.

Requirements

• English level B2 or higher (reading is most important).

• Attention to detail and accuracy in technical reading.

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills — especially working with structured tables.

• Logical thinking and clear reasoning for evaluating compliance.

• Ability to learn new product categories and understand technical terms.

• Responsible and focused work ethic.
