Обязанности:
- Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the hotel's luxury standards.
- Accurately process transactions, including room charges, dining bills, spa services, and other hotel amenities, using the hotel's point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing and reconciling transactions.
- Provide detailed information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests and enhance their stay.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies promptly and courteously, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashiering area, adhering to the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards.
Требования: - Previous experience as a cashier or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably Female/Male English/Russian speaker.
