Job Requirements
➖Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business management, automotive engineering or related.
➖Experience: at least 3 years of product management or related field work experience, automotive industry background is preferred.
➖Language: Good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required.
➖Skills: excellent product display, market research, data analysis and cross-departmental coordination ability.
➖Knowledge: in-depth understanding of market trends, familiar with product marketing, customer behavior analysis and automotive product knowledge.
➖Computer skills: proficient in Office software (such as Microsoft Office suite), and able to use product management tools (such as CRM system) and data analysis software (such as Excel).
Job Responsibilities
➖Assist department manager in formulating product strategy and marketing plan to ensure consistency with overall marketing strategy.
➖Analyze market trends, monitor industry dynamics, and provide data support for product improvement and new product development.
➖Analyze competitors' products and propose countermeasures to enhance the market competitiveness of the company's products.
➖Collect and analyze user feedback, and provide suggestions for product improvement.
➖Coordinate internal resources in China, including R&D, sales and marketing teams, to ensure the effective implementation of product strategy.
➖Organize product training to ensure that sales and customer service teams understand product features and selling points.
➖Tracked product performance and market performance, collected customer feedback, and put forward product improvement suggestions.
➖Support the planning and execution of marketing activities, including advertising, promotion and public relations activities, to enhance product awareness and market share.
➖Responsible for the research and management of local product regulations list in UZ, to ensure that the company's products meet the product requirements for entering the UZ market.
➖Report product related progress to department manager regularly, and provide market and product analysis reports.
➖Responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of department-level training plans of marketing and product department.
