The brand-name international company open the Senior Financial Analyst position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning process by business areas incl. data collection from responsible departments, data consolidation, downloading and uploading the figures into the Corporate and internal IT systems for further control and analysis and check (SAP, 1C, TM1), presentation to management
- Monthly/quarterly/annual closing, preparation of Management reporting according to IFRS and management adjustments posting and control, presentation to management
- SAP support in controlling area (PL items, cost centers, projects)
- Deep analysis and due control of financial result vs plan, vs PY, communication with responsible department to check and control correctness of finance results representation
- Support and analysis of intercompany transactions
- Dashboards management support
- Financial business partnering to operational functions in scope of sales development, contribution margins, key figures and working capital improvement, overhead expenses optimization, etc
- Provisions and accruals follow-up
- Inventory control in part of devaluation, turnover KPIs
- Internal controls and process improvement
- Ad hoc tasks and business cases preparation.
Requirements:
- Financial / Mathematical /Technical education
- 6+ years of experience in Controlling/Finance/Planning functions in Multinational Company
- Strong analytical mindset, structured thinking
- Knowledge of principles of financial reporting (practical experience in IFRS reporting)
- Advanced level of English (oral and writing)
- Understanding of Legal transfer pricing rules
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel (Query, VBA is a plus) & PowerPoint, Power BI, IBM TM1
