Accountant

To look after country finance \operations and provide support to business stakeholders with more visibility, accurate information which can help take better decision and liaison between finance and country team in line with the approved policies and SOPs. Also support the HO team by submitting data global formats.

• To follow up with the distributors for invoice realization in line with the approved credit terms
• Review and maintenance of Advances Schedule – Advances to Rep Office employees/vendors.
• Follow up for the unadjusted advances on monthly basis and ensuring timely adjustment
• Review and approve all payments to vendors and suppliers
• Ensure that adequate supporting documents are annexed with all the payments and are in compliance with the applicable Tax Laws
• Review and approval of Sales Operations Fund (SOF) and all expenses of Sales Reps on monthly basis.
• Preparation and approval of Petty Cash Statement (Debit Note) for the Rep Office and submission to the Head Office on monthly basis on agreed timelines
• Preparation and submission of Bank Reconciliation statement to Head Office on monthly basis
• Ensuring prior approval from Head Office for acquisition and disposal of fixed assets as per the approved policy
• Ensure that all assets of the Rep office are insured
• Ensure monthly reporting of Expenses incurred at Rep Office and Distributors to the Head Office as per the agreed timelines
• Preparation and submission of expense accruals of Rep Office to the Head Office as per the agreed timelines
• Preparation and submission of expense accruals of Rep Office to the Head Office as per the agreed timelines.
• Coordination and support in Internal Audit
• Coordination and support in Tax Audit
• Meeting with distributors for the overdue invoices and ensuring timely realization
• Preparation and maintenance of Receivable Schedule in coordination with the distributors for the partial payments
• Review and approval Petty Cash Statement for the Distributors and submission to Head Office on monthly basis on agreed timelines.
• Ensure preparation and compilation of annual budget of Sales and ASP of all business units in coordination with the Business Unit Heads and Business Manager at Head Office.
• Ensure monthly reporting of Expenses incurred at Distributors to the Head Office as per the agreed timelines Preparation and submission of expense accruals of Distributors to the Head Office as per the agreed timelines
• Review Price Structure to ensure the pricing aligned with distributor agreement.
• Any other assignment given by line manager / Head Office
