Position Overview:

As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. You will manage a team of marketing professionals, oversee performance-driven campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. This role requires relocation to Limassol, Cyprus, with full official employment and a comprehensive relocation package for you and your family.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy: Create effective marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the company’s market position.
• Team management: Lead the marketing department, assign tasks, mentor, and develop employees’ professional skills.
• Analysis and optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing activities, analyze data, and adjust strategies to achieve maximum results.
• Budgeting: Plan, allocate, and control the use of the marketing budget. Brand management: Develop and maintain the company’s image, oversee external and internal communications.
• Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with sales, development, and customer service teams to achieve company-wide goals.
• Innovation: Introduce new approaches, tools, and technologies to enhance marketing efficiency.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Head of Marketing, preferably in online advertising, IT, or tech.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, advertising, and traffic management.
• Strong leadership skills: setting tasks, motivating, and developing employees.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
• Experience with digital tools: Google Analytics, advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), CRM systems.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
• High self-organization and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
