Job Title: Encapsulation Machine Operator

Job Summary:

The Encapsulation Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining automatic capsule-filling machine in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role ensures efficient production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor encapsulation machine to ensure smooth production.
• Perform machine cleaning, changeovers, and routine maintenance.
• Conduct quality checks, including capsule weight, integrity, and consistency.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate production records, online filling BMR and other documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and GMP standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality control teams to resolve production concerns.
• Handle raw materials and ensure proper storage and usage.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in encapsulation or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of GMP and SOP compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
