Job Title: Admin Manager
Job Summary:
Novugen Pharma is seeking Admin Manager. The Admin Manager is responsible for managing administrative functions while supporting human resources operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle human resources related tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Functions:
- Maintain plant administrative operations.
- Execute interface tasks between Head office and plant.
- Provide translation between expat and local employees.
- Handle documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with company policies.
- Support budgeting and expense tracking for administrative functions.
- Communicate with external government bodies and other organizations.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Support plant head in searching specialists required in plant.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative functions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in English and Russian
