Junior Business Analyst (SAP PLM)

We are looking for a Junior SAP PLM Consultant to join our team. We will teach you everything we know about SAP and help you grow in the field. No work experience or knowledge of SAP is required!

What is SAP PLM?

SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) is a tool that helps companies manage everything about a product. It tracks and controls product data, documents, and processes in one place, so everyone stays on the same page. It's especially useful in complex industries like automotive or electronics.

What does a Consultant do?

An SAP PLM Consultant helps companies set up and customize the SAP PLM system to fit their specific product development processes. Their job is to connect the technical side (developers, system setup) and the business side (product managers, engineers).

Required skills:

• Basic knowledge of IT concepts: main frameworks and methodologies, system architecture, and project delivery process.

• Higher education in Economics or IT.

• English B2+.

• Business Analysis skills, either from work experience, courses, or university.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Knowledge of SAP PLM products.

• Work experience in IT.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs. Talk to different teams to learn how products are created, managed, and improved.

• Design solutions. Configure SAP PLM to support those processes: set up product data structures, document workflows, and change management tools.

• Support integration. Ensure SAP PLM works smoothly with other systems (like ERP, CAD tools).

• Train users. Teach employees how to use the system efficiently.

• Provide ongoing support. If something isn’t working or needs improving, be there to help.
