Leber is a recognized leader in the playground and urban furniture industry, successfully operating since 2010. Our personalized, responsive, and attentive customer service has helped us grow our market share year after year and build a solid reputation as a reliable supplier and contractor.

We have permanent offices and warehouses in Moscow and Dubai, and we supply our playground and sports equipment to clients around the world — including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Mongolia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia and others.

We are currently looking for specialists to join our export team and help expand our sales in South America.

Responsibilities:

  • Search and outreach to potential clients, dealers, and design organizations

  • Conduct cold and warm calls

  • Organize and hold meetings and product presentations

  • Prepare commercial proposals, issue invoices, complete tender applications and contracts

  • Integrate company products into project documentation

  • Manage and close deals, ensure signing of closing documents, and monitor fulfillment of obligations by all involved parties

  • Maintain accurate CRM records in accordance with company standards

  • Participate in trade shows and promotional events

  • Collaborate with internal departments to obtain technical information and support customer needs

  • Handle business correspondence, analyze sales activity, and manage accounts receivable

Requirements:

  • Confident communication and negotiation skills, both via phone and in-person, in English and Portuguese

  • Knowledge of Russian is a plus

  • Experience in B2B sales in the construction industry is an advantage

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to identify client needs

  • Ability to deliver presentations online and offline

  • The offer is open to candidates currently residing in Brazil.

We offer:

  • Based salary of 1,500 USD + KPI for the implementation of the monthly, quarterly, annual profit plan

  • 20% of the profit from orders at closing
