Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a portfolio of projects with wide range of service providers (BaaS, LaaS, Liquidity, KYC, KYT Providers).
- Organize the operational process for Visa card program (customer onboarding, fulfilment, partner management, risk and data management, reporting, settlement and reconciliations, automation).
- Build high-performing teams and actively manage talent by continuously assessing talent needs against current capabilities, addressing any gaps.
- Manage the budget and financial forecasts, treasury function, monitor key performance indicators.
- Prepare detailed operational documentation for the op. processes (policies, instructions, risk assessments, guidelines, etc.).
- Drives all customer support activities, including process development, optimization and growth initiatives; Develops scalable customer engagement approach and customer deliverables to support growth and optimization initiatives.
- Handle legal, anti-fraud, and compliance process management.
- Oversee accounting and financial control.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in the issuance of bank cards and operational process development of card products
- Experience in organizing managing projects, partners, and quality of payment services.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of customer service standards, processes and tools.
- Demonstrates ability to lead projects related to CRM, ERP and other operational systems.
- Ability to create budgets and monitor their execution.
- Understanding of financial services operations, compliance and crypto assets regulation in EEA and globally, anti-fraud principles.
- Keen analytical, proven problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong collaboration and ability to partner effectively with virtual, fast-paced teams.
- English language proficiency
