Project Coordinator (3D Animation studio)

YH Animation is an animation studio specializing in short films dedicated to outstanding individuals and their compelling life stories set against significant historical events. Our films are watched by more than 30M+ in the USA, Canada, UK, Japan, Australia, and many other countries worldwide monthly.

If you're a Project manager/Project coordinator who loves cinema and wants to make a career in this field, then our position is just for you. From day one, you'll work on exciting projects, and our team of experienced animators, 3D artists and directors will be there to assist you when needed.

We're a team that's always learning and sharing knowledge, so we're looking for someone as curious and hardworking as us, eager to work on thrilling films for the whole world to watch.

We're considering candidates based in Yerevan or those planning to relocate.

Responsibilities:

• Support and coordination of 3D animation projects at all stages of the pipeline: from modeling to final rendering;

• Maintain production schedule and control deadlines for each stage;

• Coordination of cross-functional teams, organization of interaction between departments: historical research, modeling, animation, sound, editing;

• Tracking the status of tasks in project management systems (Trello, Notion, etc.);

• Preparing and maintaining project documentation (from trackers to calendars and reports);

• Preparing reports, presentations and other information for internal and external stakeholders;

• Communication with directors, teams and stakeholder;

• Collecting, structuring and communicating technical information between departments.

Requirements:

• 6 months or more experience in a similar position (or willingness to learn quickly);

• Excellent planning, time management and multi-tasking skills;

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and tracking software (of your choice);

• Attention to detail, organized and responsible;

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with artists and technicians;

• Proficiency in English (at least C1 level);

Will be a plus:

• Experience working in a 3D animation production, CG or VFX studio;

• Knowledge of the full production cycle of a 3D project and a basic understanding of technical processes;

• Understanding of the fundamentals of Animatics and pipeline in animation;

• Experience working on international projects.

• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00;
