Senior Product-Oriented Business Analyst

Location: Dubai, UAE - there will be several-weeks long business trips to Dubai

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Product-Oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business goals and user needs. In this role, you’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure our products meet both user expectations and business objectives. You'll focus on translating complex requirements into clear user stories, improving user flows, and enabling data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed user flows.

• Conduct client research to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Analyze product performance data and provide actionable insights.

• Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and plan feature delivery.

• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to align teams on product goals.

Requirements:

• Solid speaking and writing English, at least at a C1 level, interviews will be in English

• 5+years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product-Owner or in a similar product-focused role.

• Strong understanding of user research methodologies, user stories, and user flows.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to translate business goals into actionable product requirements.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.

• Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting.

• Experience in fintech or banking, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mobile or web product development.

• Exposure to A/B testing tools and product analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with customer journey mapping.
