About the position
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with the Sales Executive / Account Executive to support the development and execution of business strategies, focusing on driving revenue and building strong relationships with potential clients across the Middle East region.
As a part of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and qualifying prospects.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct market research and engage in outreach activities to identify potential clients, build a strong pipeline, and support the sales team in targeting key prospects in the Middle East.
Initiate outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to spark interest in Leadex services
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and messaging
Conduct introductory calls and discovery meetings with prospective clients
Business Development: Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies to generate new leads and expand market share in the region.
Client Engagement: Work closely with the Sales Executive to nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and positioning Leadex’s offerings.
Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and supporting documents for new business opportunities.
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to support the sales strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
What makes you a great fit
Experience: 1,5+ years of experience in business development or lead generation, preferably within Outsourcing / SaaS or other enterprise software solution sales
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools.
Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
Self-starter with strong initiative: Ability to take ownership of your work and independently drive initiatives forward.
Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the Middle Eastern market and familiarity with the business culture in key regions.
