Responsibilities:
- consulting clients in chat;
- creating incidents according to the instructions (incidents on finance and service issues);
- checking the status of solutions to already created cases and providing information to the client;
- requesting additional data from clients;
- attending trainings.
Requirements:
1. PC knowledge at the level of a confident user;
2. experience in the BC call center, chats for at least 6 months (communication with clients);
3. having a PC and a headset (for active participation in webinars);
4. competent oral and written speech (native Nepalese, English B1-2 is desirable);
5. knowledge of Jivo, Creatio products and CRM systems will be an advantage;
6. going to additional shifts if necessary;
7. attending trainings.
