1. Education & Qualifications

Proven experience in managing teams, coordinating operations, and handling finances.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules, classrooms, instructors, and resources effectively.
Communication Skills: Fluent in verbal and written communication in at least one major language (e.g., Uzbek, Russian, English).
Leadership Abilities: Capable of motivating staff, resolving conflicts, and enforcing policies.
Financial Management: Experience with budgeting, tracking expenses, and financial reporting.
Customer Service: Ability to deal with students, parents, and staff professionally.
Digital Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and CRM/scheduling software.
4. Knowledge
Understanding of local education laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
Knowledge of curriculum design and student assessment methods (if managing academic planning).
Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies to boost student enrollment (optional but valuable).
