Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily store operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining staff discipline
Develop business strategies to increase customer base, boost store traffic, and maximize profitability
Achieve sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
Ensure excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
Analyze buying trends, customer needs, and store profitability
Implement innovative ideas to increase market share
Conduct staff performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support career development
Address and resolve any issues related to staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and high performance
Oversee stock inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping
Prepare and submit reports as required by management
Perform additional store management duties as needed

Requirements:

English at an Intermediate level or higher
Leader skills, analytical skills
From 3 years of successful experience in team/store management in fashion retail
