Requirements for the position:
- Experience in outsourcing/outstaffing IT companies as a lead generator or sales manager (Kazakh market).
- Knowledge of lead generation tools.
- Excellent level of written and spoken English (upper intermediate / advanced).
- Ability to build rapport in a professional setting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and how our services can address them effectively.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers through regular communication and providing relevant information about our services.
- Working with CRM: creating and developing a database, keeping track of all interactions with potential customers and updating relevant information in the CRM.
- Coordinating calls, meetings, and communications between sales managers and customers.
- Assisting in developing sales and marketing initiatives.
