With enterprise clients already onboarding and a strong technical foundation, we’re entering a new growth phase—and looking for a strategic, hands-on marketer to drive it forward.

About the Role

We’re hiring an Acquisition & Content Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll be a key contributor across paid acquisition, content strategy, and funnel optimization. This is a hybrid role that blends coordination, quality control, and hands-on work.

You’ll collaborate closely with our founding team, our external marketing agency, and in-house contributors to execute campaigns, ensure strategic alignment, and drive measurable growth. While you won’t be writing content or managing ad platforms directly, you’ll roll up your sleeves to review, tweak, analyze, and keep things moving.

What You’ll Do

Paid Acquisition Support

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for our PPC agency (LinkedIn and Google Ads)

  • Review targeting, ad copy, and creative to ensure alignment with strategy

  • Coordinate landing page updates with internal dev/design resources

  • Track key metrics and report on performance to identify areas of improvement

Content & Distribution

  • Manage and maintain our content calendar (Hygiene–Hub–Hero framework)

  • Collaborate with our in-house writer on blog posts, case studies, and founder-driven content

  • Review drafts for clarity, consistency, and messaging fit

  • Coordinate content distribution across LinkedIn (company + founder), blog, and email

Funnel Optimization & Lifecycle

  • Monitor the user journey from ad click to booked meeting

  • Identify friction points and work with the team to close funnel gaps

  • Assist in lifecycle campaign planning and basic reporting

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Keep projects on track across writers, designers, the agency, and developers

  • Ensure deliverables are aligned and deadlines are met

  • Own weekly performance summaries and share actionable insights with the founding team

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years of experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or startup marketing.

  • Familiarity with paid acquisition workflows and agency collaboration.

  • Strong content instincts—you can spot off-brand or misaligned messaging.

  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, conversion flows, and lead quality.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Bonus: Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, alcohol, finance).
