Graphic designer

Hub Shipping carries out container cargo transportation. We provide reliable cargo transportation service from the most sought-after commercial ports of China, Southeast Asia, India, the Indian subcontinent, the Middle East, Africa and South America.

Due to the business growth we are looking for Graphic designer to join our team.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive brand campaigns to support organizational goals and objectives, ensuring consistent implementation across all marketing and communications
• Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and more
• Collaborate with the marketing, and service teams to align designs with customers’ objectives and branding guidelines.
• Develop and refine visual content for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Prepare artwork for production, including prepress setup for print and digital optimization.
• Manage and refine branding plans and activities for services to generate sales leads and meet business targets
• Build brand awareness and drive reputation and position customer brands to elevate image
• Lead creative development and manage branding materials across all stakeholder touchpoints including digital, social media, events and exhibitions, branded content, and collateral, working closely with the various internal workstreams
• Coordinate and align with external design agency, establishing clear milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities;
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor’s activities for customer brands

Background and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Background in design, agency experience preferred
• Excellent design skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and AI design tools
• Depending on the company or industry, knowledge of specific software or tools (e.g., Figma, animation software, AI tools) may be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory.
• Ability to create motion graphics or edit videos is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
