Senior Process Engineer

Main duties & responsibilities

• Process Design & Detail Engineering, including process simulations, design calculations, sizing & selection of equipment etc.
• Preparation of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P & I Diagrams, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, control philosophies, shutdown philosophies, HAZOP Studies, etc. and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments.
• Review of vendor’s documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications and calculations.
• To bring design projects and technical documentation to conformity with norms, technical specifications, other normative documents for design and construction and with technical assignment.

Required Competences/ Qualifications / Experience / Profile

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering with a minimum work experience of 7 years in engineering
• Good experience in Hysys & Flarenet simulation
• Good knowledge of international code and standard, good engineering practice followed for oil and gas facilities.
• A self-motivated, proactive individual with high achievement drive and initiative, excellent verbal and written communication skills and good organizational awareness.
• Ability to work on own initiative and deliver to prearranged deadlines.
• Flexible and able to work effectively within a team environment.
