- Served as a quality inspector for the project, responsible for the quality control of pile foundation, civil and architecture QC during the project execution
- Responsible for reviewing the project pile foundation, civil and architecture's inspection and test plan and method statement and supervising the implementation of the construction subcontractor
- Responsible for coordinating the relationship with various discipline within the project department and coordinating with the pile foundation, civil， archiitecture’ s quality inspector form subcontractor/owner/government.
- Supervise and inspect the work execution of pile foundation, civil and architecture , and track the inspection of key work;
- Supervise the quality activities of subcontractors for pile foundation, civil and architecture
- Be familiar with the as-built document/handover management requirement of the Russian project, and assist in organizing the project MC related work
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 8 years working experience in Russian projects
- Familiar with Russian petrochemical project management process and ISO 9001 quality management system
- With strong English communication skills
- Strong professional management and coordination skills,
- Strong stress resistance, able to withstand pressure at work
- Good communication and cooperation skills
