Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a full-cycle recruitment process (minimum 4 years);
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Hiring Managers, with the capability to analyze and determine the best fit for each position;
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment and selection methods and techniques;
- Solid ability to conduct various types of interviews;
- Strong understanding of candidates’ real interests and a talent for building long-term relationships;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and results-driven;
- High energy and a positive attitude;
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented;
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
Responsibilities: - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process;
- Suggest and contribute to improvements in recruiting processes;
- Directly search for and headhunt qualified candidates;
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to candidates;
- Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement;
- Participate in other HR department processes.
