Senior IT Recruiter

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a full-cycle recruitment process (minimum 4 years);
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques;
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Hiring Managers, with the capability to analyze and determine the best fit for each position;
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and selection methods and techniques;
• Solid ability to conduct various types of interviews;
• Strong understanding of candidates’ real interests and a talent for building long-term relationships;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-starter, highly motivated, and results-driven;
• High energy and a positive attitude;
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented;
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process;
• Suggest and contribute to improvements in recruiting processes;
• Directly search for and headhunt qualified candidates;
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to candidates;
• Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement;
• Participate in other HR department processes.
