Finance Management Trainee

Functions:

As a financial business partner:

• Budget & Trends construction
• Accurate monthly follow-up of physical distribution budget (GM) incl. plan-fact analysis and R&O identification
• Communication with logistics team daily to align and implement changes into budgets
• Full responsibility of operations budget (incl. validation with budget holders)
• Participance in a monthly closure of the period (costs monitoring & analysis, SAP accruals)
• Personal project for cost optimization to brands

Operational part:

• Monthly review & reporting to divisional CFO internal procedures (late PO validation, payments on time etc.)
• Contribute to internal control KPIs improvement
• Signing payment orders

We expect:

• Graduate with 6 months or 1 year of working experience in Finance/ Audit /Accounting
• High degree in Finance/Audit/Economics
• Able to work full hours
• Fluent English (or upper-intermediate)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
