Account manager

LANCK Telecom team has been working on global telecommunication market for more than 20 years. Our main projects are related to the development of solutions for international operators, voice data and SMS services. And we also create unique niche products for our clients. LANCK Telecom is a distributed team of professionals, using modern technology stack and all actual tools for effective work.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Account manager who will be focused on customer success and account growth.

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers;
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders;
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews.

Onboarding & Implementation

• In cooperation with collleagues guide customers through the setup and adoption of telecom products/services;
• Ensure smooth integration with existing systems.

Account Planning & Strategy

• Develop account growth strategies aligned with customer needs;
• Work with internal teams (technical, support, billing) to ensure service quality.

Account Growth & Upselling

• Drive new sales and upsells;
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services.

Performance Monitoring & Market Analysis

• Stay updated on telecom trends and competitors to advise clients;
• Educate customers on new technologies and services.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in telecommunications;
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Spanish is a plus;
• Strong communicational skills and high level of responsibility.
