Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of people management experience as a team lead or manager;
Proven track record of building efficient teams, including hiring, performance management, and development;
Broad technical outlook and deep understanding of modern software development and high-load projects;
A mastery of Linux. Know why things work on a Linux system -- not just how to configure them.
Experience with large-scale deployments involving private and/or hybrid platforms.
Hands-on experience deploying Linux Containers in production with any container scheduling technology.
Expert knowledge of OpenStack in the area of architecture and interaction of platform components: nova, neutron, ironic, placement, swift, glance, keystone and etc.;
Expert understanding of the ability to implement Infrastructure as Code principles: terraform, ansible, full-fledged CI with linters and test runs, etc.
