Project Coordination Manager (English + technical background preferred)

Employment type: full-time 8.30 am - 5 pm, New York time

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Project Managers responsible for supporting customers after the stage of contract signing, ensuring their development and growth;
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, ensuring that they meet and exceed performance metrics;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the engineering department, to ensure successful project implementation and delivery;
• Develop, implement and maintain customer data management standards in HubSpot CRM and Click UP, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance with data protection regulations;
• Implement processes for project management, including project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction;
• Ensure excellent customer service delivery by setting high standards for the team, continuously monitoring and improving customer satisfaction levels;
• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees on project management best practices and company standards;

Required skills:

• Experience in a supervisory role - great advantage;
• Fluent English (C2) and Russian (preferred);
• Computer savvy;
• Knowledge of Project Management system and CRM;
• International work experience, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global setting;
• Technical or engineering background is highly preferred but not mandatory.
