Crypto Finance Specialist

We are looking for a Crypto Finance Specialist to join our team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in crypto finance, compliance, or crypto operations.
• Strong understanding of how crypto wallets, blockchains, and DeFi protocols work.
• Hands-on experience with crypto wallet risk scoring and transaction monitoring using specialized analytics tools.
• Familiarity with key crypto regulations and industry compliance standards.
• Experience with centralized exchanges (e.g., Binance, ByBit) is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in crypto trading and risk analysis is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze crypto wallets of external counterparties using risk scoring tools (e.g., Scorechain, Crystal, etc.).
• Monitor incoming crypto transactions, verify counterparties, and assess the origin and risk level of funds.
• Allocate crypto inflows based on internal policies and risk profiles.
• Track market trends and volatility to support financial planning and operational decisions.
• Integrate market and regulatory changes into internal processes.
• Ensure compliance and mitigate operational and financial risks.
• Stay up to date with MiCA, FATF Travel Rule, AMLD5/6, and other relevant crypto regulations.
• Provide summaries of key regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on operations.
• Prepare reports on crypto flows and support internal financial reporting processes.
• Draft and update internal policies and processes for risk management and compliance in crypto operations.
• Coordinate with legal, billing, and product teams on crypto-related financial operations and flows.
