About the Company

Anteya is a technology-driven real estate company specializing in investment property selection in Bali. We provide our employees with a steady stream of high-quality inbound leads, enabling them to work within a high-conversion system without cold calling. Our brokers successfully close deals worth hundreds of thousands of dollars per month, and our founders have over 9 years of experience in IT and real estate.

About the Role

We are looking for ambitious real estate brokers who will manage clients through all stages of the transaction in a fully remote format. Your responsibilities will include consulting clients, selecting suitable properties, guiding them through the deal process, and closing sales. This role is exclusively focused on inbound leads (no cold calling or independent lead sourcing).

Key Responsibilities

  • Consulting clients and selling real estate through calls and chats (phone, Zoom, CRM, messengers, email).
  • Fully managing the client journey at all stages of the transaction (Zoom meetings with developers, online property tours, contract negotiation, and signing).
  • Selecting real estate properties based on client requests and providing up-to-date listings.
  • Overseeing and managing transactions (client registration with developers, follow-ups, and extending reservations when needed).
  • Engaging in ongoing training from the company and developers.
  • Monitoring the real estate market, keeping track of new listings and investment opportunities.
  • Working with CRM and providing detailed feedback on client interactions.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Fluent in English (B2-C1), additional languages are a plus.
  • Quick learners with strong communication skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Successful experience in foreign property sale.
  • Ambitious candidates who aim for high earnings and understand that a successful broker operates in a 24/7 client-focused mode.
  • Organized and independent professionals capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally in the real estate industry.

What We Offer

  • Fully remote work with a 2/2 schedule (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Bali time).
