Promo Artist

Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 11×11, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

We are looking for a Promo Artist to join our creative production team.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and optimising visual materials for app shops (App Store and Google Play)
• Development and updating of icons, screenshots, promotional banners for LiveOps events and ficherings
• Creating a unified visual style for ASO materials for each project
• Participation in A/B-testing of graphic elements to increase conversions
• Adapt visual materials for different regions and target audiences
• Working on improving the quality and attractiveness of promotional materials for organic promotion
• Creating promotional graphics for cross-promo between the company's projects

What we are looking for:

• Proficiency in graphic editors
• Experience or willingness to learn to work with neural networks for image generation and processing (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux.)
• Understanding of the specifics of the mobile market and ASO features
• Understanding of the principles of composition, typography and colour theory
• Ability to work with game assets and adapt them for marketing purposes
• Attention to detail and high quality workmanship

Will be a plus:

• Basic skills in working with 3D editors
• Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine)
• Experience with mobile games and understanding of their mechanics
• Knowledge of App Store and Google Play requirements and restrictions
• Experience in gamemaking or working with LiveOps materials
