Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage top tech talent across global markets, using innovative sourcing strategies;
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other creative methods to source both passive and active candidates;
- Build strong talent pipelines for various IT roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates;
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine search strategies;
- Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess cultural and professional fit;
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring smooth collaboration across the hiring team.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Russian;
- 1+ years of experience in IT talent sourcing or technical recruitment;
- Research skills and experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing techniques;
- Passion for tech recruitment and a deep understanding of the IT industry;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- Self-driven, proactive, and creative approach to finding top talent.
