Cyber Security Manager

Responsibilities:

• Promoting a cyber security culture across all departments.
• Continuously assessing cyber security risks and collaborating with the Headquarters team regarding the status of security activities, projects, and potential issues.
• Driving the adoption of security strategies, policies, and guidelines defined by the HQ Cyber Security department.
• Supporting and advising local IT teams in implementing “security by design” in new projects / IT services.
• Identifying cyber security solutions and implementing them to protect CalzRu’s users and IT systems.
• Coordinating the activities of local cyber security suppliers.
• Implementing a cyber security incident process and coordinating activities in the event of security incidents.
• Advising and supporting the IT Manager at CalzRu on cyber security topics and implementation strategies, promptly reporting any critical security issues.
• Auditing the implementation of security controls to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, IT, Cyber Security Management or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate Cyber Security, consulting firms or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of legislative norms in the field of Personal Data protection and Cyber Security. I.e. Federal Law #152, Federal Law #266, FSTEC Orders and Resolutions, etc.
• Preferred cyber security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Solid background in Cyber Security and Information Risk management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive and collaborative attitude.
• At least upper intermediate level of English (both speaking and writing) is a must.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
• Possibility (International passport and willingness) to travel abroad occasionally (one business week in Italy every six months).
