Recruiter (mass recruitment)

We are Mediapoint — a digital platform in the gaming industry, operating both in Russia and internationally.

We’re currently expanding our high-volume hiring team in the client support division.

What you’ll be doing:
• Posting job openings on popular and new platforms (your ideas are welcome!)
• Sourcing and guiding candidates through every stage — from first contact to onboarding
• Running phone and video interviews — including in English
• Creating clear candidate profiles and aligning them with internal hiring needs
• Hitting weekly hiring goals (interviews completed, candidates sent to training, etc.)
• Keeping our internal systems updated and organized

We’re looking for someone who:
• Speaks English at B1+/B2 level — you’ll be doing interviews in English regularly
• Feels confident working with ATS/CRM tools and enjoys bringing order to chaos
• Has a detail-oriented mindset for logging data and tracking candidates
• Communicates clearly, kindly, and professionally with hiring managers
• Has their own laptop/PC and a reliable high-speed internet connection
