We are a leading international paint manufacturing company with a global presence in

We are now launching operations in Russia, opening a flagship showroom in Moscow to showcase our high-end, technology-driven paint solutions. Our mission is to bring innovation, performance, and unmatched quality to the Russian market, and we are seeking experienced, connected, and ambitious professionals to help us rapidly capture market share.


Position Overview:
We are hiring Key Account Managers who have deep roots in the Russian paint industry, particularly those already managing or having access to major accounts. The ideal candidate will play a central role in bringing immediate revenue, leveraging their existing relationships with large clients in the construction, real estate, and industrial sectors.


Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Portfolio Development: Identify, onboard, and manage high-value clients including real estate developers, construction companies, industrial firms, retail distributors, wholesalers, and architectural consultants.
- Revenue Generation: Take full ownership of revenue from your accounts and actively contribute to exceeding sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Market Penetration: Utilize your industry network to rapidly establish our brand presence in the Russian market.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the executive and showroom teams to implement a targeted sales strategy aligned with our premium positioning.
- Technical Consultation: Educate clients on the unique value and application of our advanced paint technologies.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to provide strategic insights to the leadership team.


Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a key account or senior sales role within a leading paint or coatings company in Russia.
- Strong portfolio of existing client accounts, including real estate developers, construction companies, industrial firms, key retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of the Russian paint market, including sales channels, procurement processes, and competitors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Russian; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel regionally to pursue and maintain major accounts.
