Affiliate Manager (iGaming) Middle/Senior position

We are looking for Affiliate Manager for our partner.

About the Company: Well-established company in the gambling/betting niche, proud of our 7 leading brands, two of which have a long history in the industry, one successfully operating for 12 years and the other for 5 years.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue;
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates;
• Manage and optimize relationships with existing affiliates;
• Purchase traffic through CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare models;
• Track and analyze affiliate performance;
• Ensure profitability of affiliate campaigns;
• Prepare and present reports to management;
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success;
• Deep understanding of the iGaming industry (gambling/betting);
• Experience working with streamers and influencers;
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level;
• Strong sales and negotiation skills;
• Experience with different affiliate marketing software and platforms;
• Understanding of key internet marketing metrics (CTR/CR/ROI/ROMI);
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
