Insurance contract specialist

Well-known large international company in search of a Сontract specialist

Responsibilities:

• Approval, conclusion and prolongation of insurance contracts;
• Preparation and submission of all necessary reports and documents for insurance companies;
• Tracking of special conditions in policies and reconciliation of these special conditions with the data in the system and in contracts;
• Making changes to limits and ratings in the system for new and existing clients;
• Collection of necessary information for insurance companies;
• Preparation, collection of necessary documents for submission to insurance companies for reimbursement of losses. Control of loss payout, control of compensation of loss reimbursement expenses;
• Reflecting in the internal system of company all necessary actions related to insurance;
• Work with insurance contracts, drafting, adjustment, approval

Requirements:

• Experience in trade insurance not less than 1 year (was warking in trade insurance company or was communicating with trade insurance company);
• Communication experience with major trade insurance companies as Atradius, Ingosstrah, Soglasie, Hermes, ACE etc. (not all of them, could be some of them);
• Good knowledge of basic Word and Excel;
• Good understanding of insurance process in trade company;
• SAP system knowledge;
• Experience in trade insurance contract signing;
• Experience in preparation of trade insurance declaration;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Result oriented;
• Stress resistant.
