We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Mechanical Engineer to design, development and implementation of Engineering systems at the construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and supervising of electrical/mechanical systems in residential and commercial building. This role requires technical expertise, strong self-organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development: Design works, oversee and implementation of engineering systems (Mechanical).
2. Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering systems projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and project goals.
3. Quality Control: Ensure all engineering systems and projects meet the required quality and safety standards, conducting testing and performance evaluations as necessary.
4. Team Leadership: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and others, to ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
5. Vendor Management: Liaise with external suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
6. Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on project progress, challenges, and achievements, including preparing detailed project reports.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical) or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Design and Construction works, preferably within engineering systems.
3. Technical Skills: Good knowledge in engineering systems, Design software (CAD).
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. English, Hellenica. Russian as an advantage.
5. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and deliver projects efficiently. Valid driver’s license.
