Personal assistant (with knowledge of English and Korean languages)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of the management's calendar and schedule, including the organization of meetings;
• Organization and preparation of documents, reports and presentations;
• Performing administrative tasks, including correspondence processing, file management and document archiving;
• Ensuring operational communication and coordination between various departments and parties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in English, knowledge of Korean will be your advantage;
• Work experience in the administrative or secretarial field is welcome;
• High level of organization and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• The ability to effectively manage time and priorities;
• Knowledge of MS Office computer programs;
• Flexibility, stress tolerance and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
