We're seeking a talented Game Designer to create innovative gameplay experiences for our mobile games.

In this role, you will take ownership of the creative development process, confidently leading the design and implementation of gaming features. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in enhancing gameplay elements, while your expertise in Unity 3D and collaboration with the team will ensure high-quality results. A strong sense of responsibility, passion for the gaming industry, and a proactive approach will be key to your success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative and engaging game concepts

• Design and present mockups for game ideas in a visually compelling manner

• Lead and actively contribute to brainstorming sessions

• Fine-tune and refine gameplay mechanics within Unity 3D for optimal balance

• Offer clear, constructive feedback—both written and verbal—to developers

We expect from you:

• Understanding of game design principles

• High creativity

• Previous experience in the gaming industry in the same or similar role

• Attention to detail

• Problem-solving ability

• Enthusiasm and knowledge of the gaming industry

• Knowledge of Unity 3D editor

• Ability to work with a team

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with C# programming

• Experience with animations, particle effects, and sound design

We consider office-based work in Tbilisi, but are open to discussing remote work for candidates outside of Georgia.
