Marketing Analyst (Growth Team)

You’ll be part of our growth team, dedicated to assisting mobile apps with growth product management, performance marketing, creative production, and App Store Optimization (ASO). Our goal is to maximize app capabilities and increase revenue by leveraging data-driven insights and optimizing every aspect of the user journey.

What You Will Do:

• Analyze marketing performance across paid channels, ASO efforts, and subscription funnels to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics, measure campaign effectiveness, and guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with performance marketers and creative teams to test and optimize ad creatives and paywalls.
• Conduct A/B tests on pricing, messaging, and acquisition strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Work with tools like GA4, Adjust, and Amplitude to uncover user behavior trends and improve marketing efficiency.

What We Expect:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in marketing or growth.
• Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools such as GA4, Adjust, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Understanding of ASO, subscription monetization, and paid UA strategies for mobile apps.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to generate hypotheses and identify key data points to measure performance.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
