SMM Manager

International digital platform in the field on online entertainment is looking for a talented and results-driven SMM Manager from Azerbaijan to help elevate our brand's presence across multiple platforms!

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies for the product

• Organize, source, and strategically reuse good content, handling all brand social media channels: X, Telegram, YouTube and others adapting content to suit different channels and audiences

• Develop static and video content in collaboration with designers team using Asana

• Find and post relevant memes trending in the country, ensuring viral reach on selected social platform

• Develop and approve promo mechanics (giveaways, contests): suggest prizes, approve the budget

• Prepare and approve bi-weekly content plan

• Keep an eye on social media trends, proactively suggest the relevant ones

• Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity, suggest working types of content and engaging mechanics

• Engage with followers, moderate feedback

• Experience in SMM more than 2 years
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani: native; English or Russian at B2+ level

• Creativity in strategy and assets development

• Marketing expertise

• Integrated thinking
