Our company is a global distributor and supplier of aerospace components, materials, and GSE equipment, serving customers in over 45 countries. Our mission is to exceed customers’ expectations through continuous improvement process, development, and effective communication.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Google Calendar)
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT / DeepSeek / etc.)
- Attention to detail, the ability to set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Handle email correspondence and prioritize incoming messages.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Support daily administrative tasks and assist with project coordination.
