Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate lawyer to join our dynamic Moscow division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's legal and business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Legal review and support of corporate documents (charters, minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney, etc.);
• Support for company registration, reorganization, and liquidation processes;
• Document management with registration authorities;
• Preparation of legal opinions on corporate law matters and corporate governance;
• Ensuring internal business processes comply with corporate legislation;
• Interaction with notaries, government authorities, and counterparties.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education;
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate law (preferably in an international company or law firm);
• Excellent knowledge of civil and corporate law;
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information;
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (business correspondence and document drafting);
• Experience working with government registration bodies.

Would be a plus:

• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A);
• Knowledge of legal systems in the UAE, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Uganda, etc.;
• Knowledge of international corporate law.
