We are a subsidiary company of "V ships UK Group". Our business is structured with clearly defined customer focused business units and supporting functions:

With a network of 44,000 active seafarers and over 2,750 shore colleagues, Company has more than 300 clients and service the needs of circa 1,000 vessels (includes full technical management as well as crew only).

Our Company in Tbilisi works from year 2001 and helps Georgian and Russian seafarers to get ready for service on ships. Visas, various documents and certificates, organization of trainings in Georgia and abroad - are the maim responsibilities.

We are always in touch with our seafarers, regardless of whether they are on board or on Vacation.

Salary: 1800-2500 GEL (Gross)

Responsibilities:

- Communication with seafarers;

- Communication with different departments within the organization;

- Checking and preparing documents;

- Searching and providing information;

Requirements:

- Education – High (not lower than Bachelor's degree);

- Fluent in: Georgian, English, Russian. (Speak, read and write);

- Resilience in stressful situations;

- Good communication skills;

- Time management skills;

- Knowledge of basic office programs;

- Attention to details.
