Ensure growth of sales volumes, market share and expansion of brands presence by expanding direct coverage, visibility, assortment and availability
Plan sales and marketing strategies and activities based on market data and ensure the execution
Maximize new product sales with sales and marketing strategies and collaboration with distributor
Effective collaboration with distributor's branches and regional team to reach objectives
Build productive relationships with key trade partners to increase loyalty towards brands and activities
Organize and lead both field force (out-sourced) and Distributor's activities and monitor and analyze the brand performance to define and formulate key issues / opportunities for business growth
Ensure field force team to achieve its target
Prepare annual budget plan and control marketing budget
Any other tasks requested by the Management and HQ
Requirements:
5-10 work experience in tobacco industry. Special: 3+ years in Marketing / Sales dept.
Work experience in tobacco companies (PMI / JTI / UZBAT)
